Amour d’ail is a taste that is both powerful and mild. A single recipe with multiple uses… This delicious vinaigrette will allow you to color and sublimate all your salads, tapenades and marinades for the summer, with your family and friends. An artisanal manufacture in Ariège, based on French ingredients. You will find in its bottles garlic from Beaumont de Lomagne and Tarn et Garonne as well as untreated virgin oils pressed here in Occitania. On November 22, 2019, the little garlic sauce Amour d’ail was elected “Talent Gourmand 2019” by the Gastronomic magazine Bottin Gourmand.
